What We Collect
When you click Scan bookmarks, the extension sends your bookmark URLs to our
Cloudflare Worker solely to check whether each URL is reachable. We do not collect, store,
or log any personally identifiable information.
How URLs Are Processed
- Each URL is fetched (HEAD then GET) to determine HTTP status.
- Results may be cached in Cloudflare KV for up to 1 hour to improve performance.
- Cached entries contain only the URL, HTTP status code, and timestamp — no cookies,
credentials, or page content.
What We Do NOT Do
- We do not collect personal information (name, email, browsing history).
- We do not sell or share data with third parties.
- We do not use data for advertising or profiling.
- We do not execute any remote code — the extension ships all code within the package.
Data Storage
All user preferences (manual marks, scan history, UI settings) are stored locally in
chrome.storage.local on your device. They never leave your browser.
Third-Party Services
The only external service used is our own Cloudflare Worker endpoint for URL availability checks.
No analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party SDKs are included.
